Tell us the lane. We will tell you what it takes.

Send your load details and you will get a rate and a real transit time back — usually the same business day.

How it works

From request to a truck on the road.

  1. Send the load

Origin, destination, pickup date, and what is on the trailer. A rate confirmation or load sheet helps but is not required.

  2. Dispatch prices it

You get a rate and an honest transit time based on the actual lane and actual driving hours, not a number that looks good on paper.

  3. We book and roll

Once you accept, the load goes on the truck and you get check calls from pickup to delivery.

Call for loads picking up today or tomorrow — we will price it on the phone.

Freight quote request

Nine short sections. Trailer type and cargo type are check boxes, and the pickup and delivery cities, states and ZIPs are checked against each other as you fill them in. Only the starred fields are required, so if you do not know the weight or the pallet count yet, send it anyway and we will ask when we call you back.

Here is what happens next. Send this and dispatch prices your lane and comes back to you with a rate and a transit time — usually the same business day. Only the starred fields are required, and nothing here obligates you to book.

01

Shipper details

Who we call back, and where to send the rate confirmation.

Optional — helps us match you to your load.

02

Pickup

Pick the state, start typing the city, and the ZIP fills the rest in for you.

Where it loads

Optional — we check it against USPS.

03

Delivery

Where the freight is going, checked the same way.

Where it delivers

Optional — we check it against USPS.

04

Timing

When it needs to move, and when it needs to arrive.

Optional — tell us the deadline.

05

The freight

What is on the trailer, and how much of it.

Cargo type

Check every one that applies — freight is often more than one.

Pick the closest range if you are not sure.

Optional. Length × width × height helps if the freight is not palletized.

06

Trailer needed

Check each trailer type the load can run on. Not sure? Tick that and we will match it.

How often

A lane we run every week gets a standing rate.

Anything else

Appointment times, hazmat paperwork, receiver rules — anything that affects the rate.

No obligation. Anything you do not know yet, dispatch will ask when they call with the rate.

What the form asks for

  • Who to call back — name, company, phone, email.
  • Where it loads and where it delivers: pick the state, type the city, and the ZIP fills in the rest and is checked against USPS data.
  • When it needs to be picked up and when it needs to arrive.
  • What the freight is, its cargo type, how heavy, how many pallets, and how big.
  • What trailer it needs — dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck or power only, as check boxes you can tick more than one of.
  • Dock or liftgate, driver assist, and anything fragile or time sensitive.

It takes about two minutes. Anything you leave blank, dispatch will ask about when they call with the rate.

Good to know before you send it

  • Full truckload, partial, and expedited — tell us the size and we will match the equipment.
  • Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck and power only, quoted on the lane you actually need run.
  • Trailer type and cargo type are check boxes, so a load that needs more than one can say so.
  • The pickup and delivery city, state and ZIP check against each other as you fill them in, so the address the driver is sent to is the right one.
  • A rate is easier to price with the weight, the pallet count, and whether there is a dock at each end.
  • Recurring lanes quoted on a rate you can plan around, so your freight cost stops moving week to week.
  • Detention, layover, and accessorial terms are stated up front on the rate confirmation.
